On March 4th in Oakvillenews.org, MPP StephenCrawford tried to reassure Oakville that amalgamation was not being considered in this Regional Governance Review. However the letter from the 2 Special Advisors to the 82 Municipalities under review makes reference to Amalgamation. We need to know, Stephen Crawford Effie Triantafilopoulos will you support your community against your own government if we need you to do so?
Further, is it a fair and proper review when only 90 working days are being allotted to review 82 municipalities?
